‘lordly ones’ is the latest single by bram bancroft. Accompanied by a video, the song takes you on a journey of the existential ramblings of a lost human. ‘I’ve lived a long life for a fruit fly’, being the main lyrical hook within the song amplifies the different perspectives of life (and death) across the world, and how insignificant it all is when trying to see the bigger picture. This leads to a two and a half minute instrumental outro of carefully composed cello lines combined with distorted laughter to truly express this feeling of existential dread.
